The service

Armonia is a music study archive offered free of charge by the site operator. There are no subscriptions or paid features. By creating an account you accept these terms and the privacy policy. You must be at least 14 years old.

Your account

One account per person. Keep your password and recovery code safe: we do not send emails, and without the code we cannot restore your access. You are responsible for what happens with your account.

The AI assistant

• The free plan includes 5 requests per day per account, without web search, as long as there is availability in the monthly budget paid by the operator. Once the budget is reached, the free assistant stops until the following month. Limits and budget may change.
• With your own Anthropic key we apply no limits: costs are charged to your Anthropic account and Anthropic’s terms apply. You are the one who manages the key and the spending limits in the Anthropic Console.
• Responses are generated by an artificial intelligence model and may contain errors, including about keys, chords, dates, or technical data. Verify them before relying on them. They are not professional advice.

Your content

The content you create or upload remains yours. You authorize us only to store it, process it, and show it to you in order to run the service (including sending it to the assistant when you use it). Upload only material you hold the rights to or can legally use: for example, books in PDF, audio, and images that you own or have permission to use. Do not upload content that is illegal, offensive, or that violates the rights of others.

The library

The library of genres, songs, synths, rhythms, and concepts is for study purposes. Transcriptions, chords, and technical data may contain inaccuracies. Titles, artist names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners; the site does not contain song lyrics.

Fair use and limits

Each account has limited space (…). It is forbidden to circumvent limits and protections, to use the service in an automated or mass manner, to create multiple accounts to obtain more free requests, or to use the assistant for unlawful purposes. In case of abuse we may restrict or close the account.

Donations

Donations are free and voluntary. They are not a payment: they do not buy, unlock, or guarantee any feature, priority, or continuity of the service.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided free of charge “as is,” with no guarantee of continuous availability or freedom from errors. Make copies of your data with “Export archive.” To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages or data loss; liabilities that the law does not allow to be excluded remain unaffected.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from “Account.” The service may be modified, suspended, or closed; where possible we will announce it in advance so you have time to export your data.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top indicates the latest version, and for important changes we announce it on the site. Italian law applies, without prejudice to consumers’ mandatory rights. Contact: ….
